Customer Rights Protection

The Management Board of the pebbles.vn E-commerce Trading Floor requires individuals registering as members to provide all relevant personal information such as full name, contact address, email, telephone number, account number, payment card number, etc., and to be responsible for the legal validity of that information. The pebbles.vn Management Board shall not be responsible for, and shall not resolve, any complaint relating to a Service User's interests where it determines that all of the personal information provided at initial registration was inaccurate.

Service Users have the right to submit complaints directly and to claim compensation from Pebbles.vn by email at info@pebbles.vn or hotline +84 901 345 874 in the event that the products or services provided by the Seller do not meet the quality standards as published.

The pebbles.vn E-commerce Trading Floor always undertakes to act as arbitrator in claiming compensation for Service Users from Service Providers, in order to protect the lawful interests of consumers where conflicts arise between the parties that affect consumers' interests.
