General Provisions

1. Information about the Pebbles E-commerce Platform

The Pebbles E-commerce Platform is developed and operated by PEBBLES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED, accessible at the following addresses:

• For users: https://pebbles.vn/
• For service providers: https://providers.pebbles.vn/

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Pebbles E-commerce Platform").

2. Definitions

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised terms shall have the following meanings:

• "Pebbles" / "Pebbles E-commerce Platform": the website, e-commerce operations and related electronic systems (if any) owned and operated by PEBBLES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED under the e-commerce trading floor model in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
• "Company": PEBBLES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED, the entity that builds, manages and operates the Pebbles E-commerce Platform.
• "Website": the Pebbles website and/or mobile system established to provide e-commerce trading floor services.
• "Service Provider" / "Partner": an enterprise or business household lawfully registered under the laws of Vietnam, or an individual, approved by Pebbles to register an account in order to post, introduce and provide services on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform.
• "Service User" / "Customer": an organisation or individual that registers an account on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform to search for, consult, book and use services posted by Service Providers.
• "Member": Customers and/or Service Providers who have registered an account and been approved by Pebbles to use services on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform.
• "Services": services serving family life needs, supporting parents, caring for mothers and children, and related services posted by Service Providers on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform in accordance with the law. Service Providers are responsible for satisfying business conditions and professional practice conditions (if any) as required by law; Pebbles may review information within a reasonable scope for operational purposes but does not carry out professional appraisal.

3. Classification of Members

a) Members who are Customers — organisations and individuals wishing to learn about, consult, book and use the services posted on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform.

b) Members who are Service Providers/Partners — organisations and individuals with lawful business registration (where required by law), meeting the business conditions prescribed by law and approved by Pebbles to post and provide services on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform.

4. Principles of Participation and Use of Services

1. When registering an account, Members must provide truthful, accurate and complete information as required by Pebbles.
2. Members are responsible for keeping their account information and password confidential and for all activities arising under their account.
3. Service Providers bear full responsibility for the content of the information they post, the conditions for providing services, the quality of services and the legal obligations arising from providing services to Service Users.
4. Pebbles acts solely as a provider of e-commerce trading floor services, creating an environment that connects Service Users and Service Providers; Pebbles does not directly provide the services and is not a party to the transaction or service contract between those parties.
5. All activities on the Pebbles E-commerce Platform must comply with the laws of Vietnam and these Operating Regulations.
6. Service Providers participate in the Pebbles E-commerce Platform on a voluntary and non-exclusive basis, and such participation does not restrict their right to provide services through other channels.
7. Pebbles has the right to review, request amendment of, temporarily suspend the display of, or remove information and services posted by Service Providers where the information is incomplete, misleading, inconsistent with the Platform's policies, or shows signs of violating the law.
